- Defective products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
- Design dissatisfaction: We take pride in our custom-printed and embroidered clothing, tailored to your needs. However, please note that returns due to dissatisfaction with the design cannot be accepted.
- All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
